Application Procedure

1. Login using existing GOTSPORT account or create a new account.
2. Register for the age appropriate age group that you participate in for the spring 2010 season. You may not register to play up. If you wish to "play up" make a note in the comment box in the application but do not apply for the older age group.
3. All teams U15 and older must fill-out the roster info online prior to May 15th. This does not have to be done when applying and can be done at a later time by logging back in.
4. You will be prompted to print the completed application. Do so to submit to complete the application process.
5. You will receive an automatically generated email confirming your application has been submitted. This is not a confirmation of acceptance. This email contains your confirmation number that must be on all entry fee and performance bond checks.
6. The application is not completed until the following is received by the tournament director:
   • A copy of the application or confirmation email
   • Appropriate entry fee
   • Separate check for Performance Bond ($300 for U12 and older).
